Factory accident compensation claims

Filed under: Factory Accident Claims — admin @ 7:35 am

Factory accident compensation claims can be made by factory workers or visitors to the factory who have been injured in a non fault accident in the factory or in its grounds.

All employers have a responsibility to ensure all personnel are safe at all times when on their property. They are required to have insurance to pay compensation to injured personnel where employer negligence has played a part in causing an accident and injury.

Any accident in a factory should be reported to the company and logged in the accident book. These details may be asked for in the event of a factory accident compensation claim being made.

As well as the accident not being your own fault, to make an injury compensation claim, the injuries suffered must be severe enough to require medical attention.

We have years of experience in factory accident compensation claims for injured workers. These claims are handled by our accident at work specialist solicitors on a no win no fee basis. This means the claim can be made without the risk of any fees being paid by the claimant. All we ask for in return, is full cooperation throughout the process.

There is a three year time limit in which to make a factory accident compensation claim.

Factory accident compensation claim for worker

Filed under: Factory Accident Claims — admin @ 10:37 am

A factory accident compensation claim was made by a worker who suffered injuries to her back when she got up to move some items from her work station and twisted awkwardly as she fell on a trolley which had been placed too close to her table by another worker. There was supposed to be an area free from obstructions around the work station, this would enable the workers to stand and move freely.

All staff at the factory in Andover Hampshire had been made aware of this ruling but one failed to adhere to it. The accident was witnessed by a factory employee, reported to the supervisor and put in the accident book. The factory worker felt pains to her back and saw her doctor who diagnosed soft tissue injuries to the lower back region.

This fall at work injury meant the worker could not go back to her job for a number of months. This caused her financial hardship and she felt a claim for compensation would help in the circumstances.

Factory accident compensation claims are handled on a no win no fee basis by a specialist accident at work claim solicitor arranged by the Accident Advice Bureau and maximum compensation is paid out on winning.

Slip or Trip Factory Accident Claims

Filed under: Factory Accident Claims — admin @ 9:27 am

A factory accident claim for a slip or trip accident due to the negligence of the factory employer, can be made with the Accident Advice Bureau.

We specialise in slip & trip factory accident claims and have personal injury solicitors who will work hard to win maximum compensation for the accident after liability has been admitted by the factory employer.

Many factory accident claims are as a result of greasy, wet and slippery floors with no warning signs or stock being left in aisles or too close to work stations causing the factory worker to slip or trip through no fault of their own.

Making a factory accident claim need not be difficult. We talk to you about the circumstances and if we feel the factory employer is at fault for your accident, we will ensure a No Win No Fee agreement is put in place which means you can claim without the worry of having to pay any fees. You will be asked to attend a medical assessment which will be local to where you live. A report from the medical will then be given to the solicitor who will use it to gain maximum compensation from the factory employers insurance company.

Up on winning the claim 100% of the compensation which is awarded will be paid out, no deductions will be made. Should the claim be lost, no fees are due, in return we ask for your full cooperation throughout.

Broken or Crushed Fingers in Factory Accidents

Filed under: Factory Accident Claims — admin @ 11:22 am

Workers being injured in a factory suffering broken or crushed fingers can happen easily, if the machine being used is faulty or does not have a safety guard in place where one should be.

Factories throughout the country employ millions of people and employers have a duty to ensure the safety of all factory workers by ensuring full health and safety is given, as well as full on job training and the correct equipment being supplied so the workers don’t get injured at work. Machinery should be inspected and maintained regulaly. This helps to prevent workers from being injured through neglect.

If you are injured in a factory as a result of the employers or another workers negligence you may be able to claim factory accident compensation for the injuries suffered.

All factory accidents should be recorded into the factory accident at work book. This information could be used by an injury claims solicitor if you wish to make a claim for the injuries suffered. It is therefore vitally important that the accident is logged with as many details as possible and totally accurate to the accident circumstances.

Claims for being injured in a factory with ourselves are handled on a No Win No Fee basis and upon winning 100% of the compensation awarded will be paid out to the claimant. Should the claim be lost, the claimant will not be asked for any money, we ask for full cooperation in return.

Factory Accident at Work Compensation Claims

Filed under: Accident at Work Claim,Factory Accident Claims — admin @ 7:49 pm

Factory accident compensation claims are made regulaly by people injured at work carrying out their factory job. As a worker in a factory you have as many rights to the correct health and safety procedures being carried out, as anyone else in another job.

Many factory accident claims are due to other workers leaving leaving substances such as grease or something similar on the floor or from the factory machines. Any slip hazard on the floor should be cleaned up in order to prevent slip accidents in a factory.

Another hazard which can cause a trip accident in a factory is cable ties or similar items which should be cleared away and not left lying on the factory floor.

Any moving parts of machinery in the factory should have safety guards around them to prevent accidents. Also the correct safety clothing should be issued and be in a good condition.

Factory accident compensation claims are also made by people who are injured by a fork lift truck accident which was not their own fault.

Many people claim factory accident compensation on a No Win No Fee basis each week. You should not worry about making a claim for a factory accident, as the law is on your side if the factory accident is due to the negligence of the employer.
