An injured at work claim in Scotland may be made by an employee who has suffered an injury due to the employers or another work colleagues negligence.

Every year thousands of work accidents happen in Scotland injuring innocent workers. Many of these accidents mean the injured worker has to take time off work and this may mean losing out on wages.

It should be noted that time does not have to be taken off work to make a claim but the injury must be sufficient to require a visit to the doctors or hospital and the injury must last for a few weeks.
