Car Passsenger Injury Compensation Claims

Filed under: Passenger Claims,Whiplash Compensation — admin @ 11:07 am

A passenger injured in a car accident can usually claim injury compensation if the injury is sufficient to require medical attention from the doctor or hospital. As a passenger, the car accident would not have been your fault, so you will either claim from the driver of the car you were travelling in if it was their fault or from a third party driver if it was their fault.

The main thing is that, a passenger can claim free of charge with us and receive the maximum compensation for the injury sustained, we wont make any deductions.

We have years of experience in successfully helping injured passengers to claim what they are legally entitled to following a car accident.

The majority of the injuries claimed for by passengers is for whiplash to neck and shoulders and a back injury. When there’s a car accident, often the driver and passengers are thrown with force in the car. This sudden force can stretch the muscles in the neck, shoulders and back beyond their usual limits. This results in pain, which in many cases is not fully felt for a day or two after the car accident.

A passenger whiplash injury from a car accident can last anything from a day or two to a lifetime depending on the extent of the car accident and injury caused.

If you would like to know if a passenger whiplash claim for compensation can be made on a no win no fee basis with us, please contact our fully trained staff.

Remember, claiming whiplash injury compensation for a car passenger is free of charge with us and 100% of the awarded compensation will be paid to the successful claimant.
