There are numerous Fairgrounds around the country, some of which are travelling Fairgrounds. You also see Fairground Rides on Pleasure Beaches. Whatever the location or type of Fairground, all the rides within them should be safe to use at all times.

Regular safety checks are essential on Fairground rides and all operators of such rides; have to have insurance to cover any accidents.

If you are injured on a Fairground Ride then an Injured on a Fairground Ride Accident Claim may be possible.

Due to the nature of Fairground Rides any accident whilst on one can be a very traumatic experience.

There has been a recent case of such a traumatic experience recently in Blackpool. One of the Rollercoaster’s on the Fairground was the scene of a major accident. Two of the cars on the Big Dipper ride collided, and numerous people were injured.

The incident left the people on the ride 50 feet above the ground. A specialist ream of people had to help them to safety.

A lot of injured people were taken to hospital and suffered whiplash and broken bones, making an Injured on a Fairground Claim possible.

Health and Safety launched an investigation believing faulty brakes may have been to blame for the accident. The brakes on the ride were responsible for keeping the cars apart, so avoiding any collision.

If you have suffered an accident on any Fairground Ride which was not your own fault then a Personal Injury Claim for Injury Compensation may be possible.

Any claim we accept will be worked on No Win No Fee basis meaning you will not be asked for any money at any time.
