Car Passsenger Injury Compensation Claims

Filed under: Passenger Claims,Whiplash Compensation — admin @ 11:07 am

A passenger injured in a car accident can usually claim injury compensation if the injury is sufficient to require medical attention from the doctor or hospital. As a passenger, the car accident would not have been your fault, so you will either claim from the driver of the car you were travelling in if it was their fault or from a third party driver if it was their fault.

The main thing is that, a passenger can claim free of charge with us and receive the maximum compensation for the injury sustained, we wont make any deductions.

We have years of experience in successfully helping injured passengers to claim what they are legally entitled to following a car accident.

The majority of the injuries claimed for by passengers is for whiplash to neck and shoulders and a back injury. When there’s a car accident, often the driver and passengers are thrown with force in the car. This sudden force can stretch the muscles in the neck, shoulders and back beyond their usual limits. This results in pain, which in many cases is not fully felt for a day or two after the car accident.

A passenger whiplash injury from a car accident can last anything from a day or two to a lifetime depending on the extent of the car accident and injury caused.

If you would like to know if a passenger whiplash claim for compensation can be made on a no win no fee basis with us, please contact our fully trained staff.

Man and Child Injured in Car Accident

Filed under: Car Accident Compensation,Whiplash Compensation — admin @ 9:46 am

A child was injured in a traffic accident in Portsmouth recently. The young boy was a front seat passenger and was in a booster seat. On a windy road, the driver of the car who was his dad, saw a car over hedges coming towards them so he pulled into a layby to let it pass as the road was very narrow. The other car came round the corner at speed and hit the car in the lay by head on.

The child and driver in the stationary car were thrown with force when the car hit them. This caused severe damage to the oncoming car. The two parties exchanged details at the scene and the third party initially denied liability. This later changed and the third party then admitted full responsibility for the accident.

The child and father both went to the doctor and they were diagnosed with whiplash injuries to neck and shoulders.

As the accident wasn’t their fault, they are able to claim whiplash compensation from a car accident with us and our car accident claims specialist solicitors.

We have helped many people claim whiplash compensation for a car accident and all have received the maximum 100% compensation.

Claim for Whiplash Compensation from Car Accident

Filed under: Car Accident Compensation,Whiplash Compensation — admin @ 8:24 am

We are often asked if a claim for whiplash compensation can be made following a car accident by a passenger or driver.

When a car accident happens, in many occasions especially when being hit in the back, the driver and passengers are thrown with force in the car. This can cause the neck and back muscles to be extended beyond their normal limits, which then causes pain. This is called a whiplash injury. Sometimes the whiplash symptoms do not come out initially and could cause pain a day or two later. People often say they thought they had been fine, only to wake up the following morning with restricted neck and back movements.

To make a claim for whiplash following a car accident, the accident and injury must not have been your own fault and the injury will need to be diagnosed by a doctor.

There is a three year time limit for an adult driver or passenger to make a claim for whiplash injuries, this timescale differs for children who can make a claim up until their twenty first birthday. Although the earlier a claim for whiplash is made, the easier it often is to gain all the information necessary.

We have helped many people claim whiplash compensation for a car accident and receive maximum injury compensation on a no win no fee basis.
