A trip on a broken kerb has left a mum injured and requiring help at home to cope with the daily life of looking after her young children. The accident happened as the unsuspecting lady got out of her car and didn’t notice the damaged kerb stone as she turned towards the car to lock it. She tripped and fell landing very heavily on her back and needed to go to hospital by ambulance. The trip on the broken kerb accident caused soft tissue damage to her back, wrist and ankle.
