Here at the Accident Advice Bureau we recently accepted such a claim. The client was employed as a civil engineer and was working with a co worker, there were only two of them on site at the time of the work accident.

The housing association house is fitted with an electric key meter. The meter had been reported to the housing association as being faulty and considered unsafe by the couple.
