What we do with the information you supply.

When you pass us your details via a form, telephone call or in person, we will only use the information in connection with your claim. We will never sell or pass on any of your confidential details to unconnected third parties. Only persons connected to progressing your claim will have access. Your information is held securely and is only accessible to internally authorised personnel.

Am I able to view the information you hold on me?

Under the data Protection Act 1998, we must keep your information secure and organisations such as ourselves must make this information available to the individual upon request. In order to view any information about you that we have on file, you would be required to pay us a fee of �10.00. If you believe the information is incorrect or incomplete, please inform us so records can be updated.

An After the Event insurance policy may be taken out by the solicitor to ensure our clients are not liable for any costs or disbursements. This is taken out on the clients behalf and at no cost to the client.
